Dragonbreath (Author: Josh)

DRAGONBREATH

Book review

Can Danny DRANGONBREATH’s adventures get any crazier? First, there was an insane sea adventure. What next, monkeys eating potato salad?

Dawng! That’s all I can say. DRAGONBREATH is about a boy named Danny. Somehow Danny pulls his friend Wendell into a massive adventure in the sea. They are fighting off sharks, whales and giant squids. For example, there was one part of the book where Danny and Wendell got chased into a cave and almost got eaten.

Let me give you my ups and downs on the book. One up is that they show you a good mix of pictures and text. A downer to the book is at some select parts it’s boring. Another up is the book is hilarious. Almost every part of the book is a make you squirt milk out of your nose funny. There really were only one thumb down and two thumbs up.

A major reason why Danny and Wendell went on this adventure is Danny wanted to see his cousin Edward. But mainly, Danny wanted to improve his grade on the paper for school about the sea that he got an F on. So what better way than to go under the sea to try to get an A.

I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars. I really liked it a lot. Not because of the pictures, but because it was an exciting book.
